This document reviews the options available for managing erosion, from non-interventions to constructing sea walls, and offers guidance on how to design the most appropriate response to different situations. This was prepared for Scotland but the principles may apply more widely in the UK.
This is part of our Good Practice Guidance for Habitats and Flora, produced by Richard Jefferson, Dominic Price, Iain Diack, Steve Coates and Andy Mclay.
