New BNG Case Studies Published

Natural England has added new case studies to the Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) webpages.

With BNG due to become mandatory in England from November this year, this is a timely addition for members who are (or will be) undertaking BNG assessment and delivery.

The case studies, using Biodiversity Metric 4.0, include:

• Case Study 1 – Residential Development
• Case Study 2 – Port development
• Case Study 3 – River Restoration
• Case Study 4 – Cabling for Offshore Wind Development
• Case Study 5 – Rewilding
