CIEEM has written to all Labour MPs asking them to support two important amendments in the Planning and Infrastructure Bill (PIB):

• Amendment 94: which protects chalk streams.
• Amendment 130: which restricts Environmental Delivery Plans (EDPs) to diffuse impacts.
