Leigh has worked and volunteered in equity, equality, diversity, inclusion (EDI) and social advocacy roles for over 10 years.
At CIEEM, Leigh utilises the Championing Change agenda through active inclusion. She collaboratively works with the CIEEM team, members, volunteers, and external partners to share best practice in the aim to make the sector a more equitable and diverse profession for all.
Leigh can sign at a conversational level in British Sign Language (BSL) and is a fluent Welsh speaker- she is more than happy to communicate in these formats!
