When booking a place at the Awards with us you are reserving a place and signing up to the terms and conditions detailed below. You will receive an automated email to confirm your booking has been made and if there is a cost associated with the event, either confirmation of your payment or an invoice.
Cancellation of a booking
All cancellations must be received in writing and the following cancellation rates apply:
A 50% refund will be given to attendees up 3 weeks before the event,
No refund given for cancellations that are made less than 3 weeks before the event.
If you find that you can no longer attend the event up to 1 week before the Awards, you can substitute your place for a colleague for an additional fee of £15
Please note that swapping a discounted ticket for standard price will incur payment of any difference between the respective rates.
CIEEM cancellation of an event
We reserve the right to alter or cancel any event for whatever reason.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, we will endeavour to inform all delegates in writing at least two weeks before the event is due to take place, but please be aware that this is not always possible.
All event fees paid will be refunded in full, or the payment can be transferred in full to another event should you wish.
CIEEM shall not accept any liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.
