Dominic has spent over 13 years running bars, mostly in London, and has even competed in cocktail competitions in France and Prague. He still loves mixing up cocktails at home and enjoys trying out different whiskies, rums, and wines.
When he’s not doing that, Dominic’s a big football fan and loves spending time with his wife and their two young sons. He also enjoys catching up with friends and family whenever he can.
