CIEEM encourages members to engage MPs on the Planning and Infrastructure Bill Committee

Parliament has now agreed on the members of the Planning and Infrastructure Bill Committee. These are the Members of Parliament (MPs) who will debate the Bill in detail during the Bill Committee stage as the Bill passes through parliamentary procedures. The Bill Committee will meet on 24 April, chaired by Derek Twigg MP (as a member of the Panel of Chairs).

Following this stage, all MPs will have a chance to debate the Bill during Report stage. The Bill will then move to the House of Lords for further consideration.

If one of the MPs listed below is your constituency MP, we strongly urge you to engage with them on the Bill and CIEEM’s suggested amendments to the Bill. Please do get in touch with policy@cieem.net if you would like to talk through how best to engage with your MP.

If you MP is not listed below, please do still contact them as they will have the opportunity to debate the Bill and lay amendments during Report Stage.
