CIEEM 2019 Scottish Conference: Call for papers now open

The 2019 Scottish conference will focus on climate change and the potential impacts on Scotland’s wildlife and landscapes. The conference will focus on species distribution change in response to climate change (native and invasive species) and habitats of particular concern (montane and coastal habitats). There will be a practical aspect looking at long-term monitoring and ecological surveying and learning from each other how climate change risks and adaptation can be incorporated into EIAs. Effectiveness of management approaches in the light of climate change including natural flood management and peatland restoration will be considered.
