This protocol for monitoring the white-clawed crayfish has been produced as part of Life in UK Rivers – a project to develop methods for conserving the wildlife and habitats of rivers within the Natura 2000 network of protected European sites. This document provides technical advice on a standardised protocol for monitoring conservation status on SACs.
This is part of our Good Practice Guidance for Invertebrates, produced by Paul Lee.
