2026 CIEEM Awards Luncheon Postponed Due to Red Weather Warning
Due to the red weather warning for extreme heat in parts of England and Wales this week, we have taken the decision to postpone our awards ceremony scheduled for Wednesday 24 June.
While we are very disappointed not to be able to proceed as planned, the safety and wellbeing of all attendees and staff is our top priority.
A red weather warning is issued when there is dangerous weather expected and it’s very likely that there will be a risk to life. There will be substantial disruption to travel, energy supplies and possibly widespread damage to property and infrastructure. People are expected to avoid travelling, where possible.
We are currently working to confirm a new date and will share further details as soon as possible. All tickets and sponsorship arrangements will be carried over to the rescheduled event.
