- Detailed understanding of modern ecological surveys and techniques, seasonality of surveys, vascular plant and habitat ID.
- Customer response management
- International Standards of Operation (ISO). Understanding of policy, procedure, applicability to business needs. Incident management. Training matrix. Document control.
