CIEEM has written to the OEP regarding the Government’s proposed amendments to Part 3 of the Planning and Infrastructure Bill. We have asked the OEP if, in their opinion the amendments are sufficient to remove the risks of environmental regression currently present within the Bill, and have laid out which areas remaining within the Bill, and within the proposed amendments we still find to be highly problematic.
