CIEEM publishes revised position on GCN DLL

We have today published a revised position statement on Great Crested Newt District Level Licensing (GCN DLL). We previously published a position on the scheme in February 2018 and, following meeting with Natural England to discuss our concerns, we have produced a revised position.
