Licensed Beavers Released in Wales
The first pair of licensed beavers has been released in Wales in the Cors Dyfi Nature Reserve in Powys.
Natural Resources Wales has granted a licence for up to six beavers to be released as part of a project run by the Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust.
In a separate project, North Wales Wildlife hopes to release 10 pairs of free-roaming beavers into the River Dyfi.
