Asian Hornet Sighting Confirmed in Kent

Following the recent sighting of an Asian hornet (Vespa velutina) in the Tamworth area of Staffordshire on 2 September 2019, there has been a further sighting in Ashford, Kent on 9 September 2019.

We continue to urge our members to be vigilant and report any possible sightings.
