The Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) is the leading professional membership body for ecologists and environmental managers working to protect and enhance the natural environment.  

We have an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer Engagement Officer to join the CIEEM team to increase our engagement with our volunteers (who are all members of the Institute), make sure that their time is used effectively and ensure that they have a rewarding volunteering experience. 

This successful candidate will be passionate about creating excellent volunteer experiences and be able to ignite that enthusiasm in others.  You will work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency and that best practice is followed in volunteer management and support. 

 You should have an interest in the natural world and ecology as these are exciting but challenging times for the ecology and environmental management sector.
