We are looking to recruit an Ecologist to join our team of specialists providing support and advice to staff in Forestry and Land Scotland. The post involves providing specific technical and ecological advice to inform and guide the process of further wind farm development on Scotland’s National Forests and Land, to support two key Scottish Government objectives of increased onshore generation and habitat protection and restoration.

This is an exciting role where you can have a direct positive influence on sustainably managing a proportion of the 9% of Scotland’s land area to meet a variety of objectives.
