Professional Development Manager

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week 

Salary: £30,881 – £34,185 per annum

Location: Winchester  (with some flexibility for home working)

The Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) is the leading professional membership body for ecologists and environmental managers working to protect and enhance the natural environment. The successful applicant will play a key role in CIEEM’s Professional Practice team, having strategic and management oversight of all of our professional development activities and leading on the planning and organisation of our training programme, careers promotion work and apprenticeship assessment service. Our professional development work is an important part of our service to members in a competitive market so we are looking for an applicant who is an enthusiastic and efficient manager with first-class planning and organisational skills and the ambition to grow our programmes and activities.
