Ecologist and Natural Capital Advisor

We are at the forefront of delivering BNG, nature-recovery and natural capital projects – and are expanding this side of our business.

This is an exciting chance to make a positive difference to the environment, landscapes and the rural economy while working at the cutting edge of this fast-moving sector.

For many years, we have been supporting clients integrate environmental schemes into thriving rural businesses – and part of this role will be advising them on how to build new natural capital revenues into their businesses, along with identifying the existing environmental benefits they are delivering.

Our dynamic team is involved in some of the most excising landscape-scale initiatives in the country (the iconic Iford Biodiversity Project is just one example).

We’re looking for someone who combines a genuine enthusiasm for the environment and natural habitats with a pragmatic, commercial mindset.
