We have developed an exciting new strategy and set ambitious goals for 2030 and we are now looking for a new Deputy Director of Innovation & Enterprise to strengthen our Team.

To support the development of a large portfolio of new and exciting opportunities for landscape scale recovery and rewilding, we are now seeking an exceptional and highly motivated individual to become our new Deputy Director of Innovation & Enterprise, spearheading our enterprise strategy.

This role will provide strategic and operational leadership of the expanding Enterprise Team and the portfolio of current enterprise initiatives, as well as developing and delivering a programme of commercial initiatives, focussing on species reintroduction and rewilding.

You will report to the Director of Natural Solutions and be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

To be successful you will need to care deeply about innovation and rewilding, and you will need to be someone who thrives when leading change whilst also being able to manage and reflect a wide range of stakeholder views.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll own responsibility growing and developing new and existing enterprises:

• Developing and implementing a strategic plan to develop and grow our rewilding enterprise work
• Develop new and innovative ways to fund rewilding and nature’s recovery including
• Provide leadership and support to peers, colleagues, trustees and volunteers;
• Improve our Impact, playing an active role in developing links with partners and the wider sector
• Promoting Participation, driving inclusive participation, developing programmes that promote diversity, strengthen communities and support inclusion.

 About you
